Hi, I'm Miss Young,
Since 2014, I have provided comprehensive college counseling to high school students, all of whom have successfully gained admission to universities across the United States. In addition, I have served as a career mentor at Baruch College since 2017, supporting both undergraduate and graduate students in navigating their academic and professional journeys. My approach to mentorship is highly personalized. I work closely with each student to identify their unique strengths, interests, and aspirations, and provide strategic guidance throughout the college admissions process. My goal is to empower students to achieve both personal fulfillment and academic excellence.
Prior to my transition into education, I spent over a decade as the founder and operator of a fashion trading company in New York City. I also held roles at two publicly listed corporations, gaining valuable experience in international business. After retiring from the fashion industry, I chose to dedicate myself to mentoring the next generation, a decision driven by a deep passion for education and personal development.
Having lived in Hong Kong, China, Switzerland, and Japan, I bring a global perspective to my work. I now reside in Long Island, New York, with my family.
